Clients check in at Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines terminal or are picked up from an approved hotel. All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a valid government issued photo ID
Ground transfers include views of the Grand Canyon's Eastern Rim, the Navajo Indian Reservation, and Painted Desert en route to Page, Arizona (Approximately 3 hours)
Travel through a 2-mile Glen Canyon Dam access tunnel to meet river raft operator
Clients board a motorized raft that seats up to 32 passengers. They will disembark on the Colorado River through Glen Canyon. The float trip is approximately 15.5 miles.
Box lunch included
A brief stop along the river bank is made for views of petroglyphs interpreted by the river guide
The rafting tour continues and includes more views of Glen Canyon and the surrounding area. Clients see amazing views of Horseshoe Bend as the raft follows the curve of the river.
The rafting tour ends at Lee's Ferry where ground transportation awaits for the return trip to the Grand Canyon area via the Navajo Indian Reservation with a brief stop at the historic Cameron Trading Post.
